When we say neighbor-first living, we mean it. We are not faceless owners, private investors, or ran by a strict profit-driven model. We are a husband and wife and we've had our own negative experiences with landlords, so we are first and foremost your helpful neighbor, literally.
Every Lagom & Lakay apartment is one we would live in. We rent an apartment in one of our communities.
We come from humble Minnesotan families, we work for a living, and we live very modestly to survive.
